TrueCan Peptides ships exclusively within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with a non-Canadian shipping address will be cancelled and the customer will be notified.
Carriers
We ship using Canada Post and other major Canadian couriers as appropriate based on your location, order size, and product requirements. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery times within Canada are 3–7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location and the carrier. Remote or rural locations may experience longer delivery times. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. No product names, brand names, or descriptions of contents appear on the outside of any package. Your privacy is respected at every step of the fulfillment process.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Many peptides require cold-chain handling to maintain stability and integrity. For temperature-sensitive products, TrueCan Peptides ships with appropriate cold-chain packaging, including ice packs and insulated materials as required. We take reasonable precautions to maintain product quality during transit; however, we are not responsible for temperature excursions caused by carrier delays or conditions outside our control.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s tracking system. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of payment confirmation, please contact us at sales@truecanpeptides.com.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please provide your order number and, where applicable, photographic evidence of damage. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
TrueCan Peptides is not responsible for delays or losses caused by carrier service disruptions, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or failed delivery attempts.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. TrueCan Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at sales@truecanpeptides.com before your order ships.
