Ordering from TrueCan Peptides
We have made the ordering process as simple and transparent as possible. All orders are for research purposes only. Please review the steps below before placing your first order.
Step 1 — Browse and Add Products to Cart
Browse our product catalogue and select the research compounds you require. Review product details, purity specifications, and available formats. When ready, add items to your cart.
Step 2 — Proceed to Checkout
When you are ready to complete your order, proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping address and contact information. We ship to Canadian addresses only.
Step 3 — Select EMT as Your Payment Method
At checkout, select Interac e-Transfer (EMT) as your payment method. This is currently our only accepted payment method. EMT is a secure, bank-to-bank transfer available through all major Canadian financial institutions.
Step 4 — Complete Your Order
Submit your order. You will receive an order confirmation email containing your Order Number and the EMT payment instructions. Keep this email — you will need your Order Number to complete payment.
Step 5 — Send Your Interac e-Transfer
Send your EMT payment to:

Step 6 — Include Your Order Number as the Reference
In the memo or message field of your e-Transfer, include your Order Number exactly as it appears in your confirmation email. For example: Order #10088
This allows us to match your payment to your order quickly and accurately. Orders without a reference number may be delayed.
Step 7 — Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Important Notes
- Orders are held until payment is received. Your order will not be processed or shipped until we have confirmed receipt of your e-Transfer.
- Auto-deposit is enabled. No security question is needed — funds are deposited automatically to our account.
- Research use only. All products are for legitimate research purposes only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for research or laboratory use and that you are 19 years of age or older.
- Canada only. We ship exclusively within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
