Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TrueCan Peptides website and your purchase of any products offered therein. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase any products.
TrueCan Peptides reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Research Use Only — Acknowledgment
All products sold by TrueCan Peptides are supplied exclusively for lawful laboratory and scientific research purposes. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
- You are purchasing these products solely for legitimate, lawful research use
- You are not purchasing these products for personal use, human consumption, animal consumption, or any therapeutic application
- You understand that these products are not approved by Health Canada or any regulatory body for use in humans or animals
- You will use, store, and handle all products in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Age Verification
You must be at least 19 years of age to purchase from TrueCan Peptides. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are 19 years of age or older. TrueCan Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if age verification cannot be confirmed.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. TrueCan Peptides reserves the right to refuse service to any person or entity at its sole discretion.
No Resale Without Authorization
Products purchased from TrueCan Peptides are not authorized for commercial resale, redistribution, or repackaging without prior written authorization from TrueCan Peptides. Unauthorized resale may constitute a violation of applicable law and these Terms and may result in order cancellation and account termination.
Payment Terms
TrueCan Peptides currently accepts payment by Interac e-Transfer (EMT). Payment instructions will be provided upon checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
TrueCan Peptides reserves the right to cancel any order where payment is not received within a reasonable time or where fraud is suspected. Pricing is subject to change without notice; however, confirmed orders will be honoured at the price quoted at time of order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact sales@truecanpeptides.com as soon as possible with your order number. TrueCan Peptides reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including for suspected misuse, policy violations, or compliance concerns.
Product Descriptions and Accuracy
TrueCan Peptides makes reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, purity claims, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. TrueCan Peptides reserves the right to correct errors and update product information at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, and site architecture, is the property of TrueCan Peptides or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Canadian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TrueCan Peptides shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, your purchase of products, or your reliance on any information provided herein. This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from product misuse, unauthorized use, or non-compliance with the research-use-only restriction.
TrueCan Peptides total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to a claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact TrueCan Peptides at sales@truecanpeptides.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies as provided under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
TrueCan Peptides reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of this website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
